Measuring Conditions

Light  Resistance

Measured at 10 Lux with standard light A (2854K color temperature) and 2hr illumination at 400-600 lux prior testing.

Dark Resistance

Measured 10 seconds after closed 10 lux light.

Gamma Charaoteristic

Between 10 lux and 100 lux and given by 

R10、R100 Cell resistance at 10 lux and 100 lux.

The error of γ is ±0.1.

Max.Power dissipation at ambient   measuring  conditions:
Temperature=20±5℃  Humidity=65±10%

Vmax.

   Max.Voltage in darkness that may be applied to the  cell continuously.

Handling Instructions.

1) Solder hermetically sealed photodiodes within 5 sec, at less than 260℃. Solder others within 5 sec, at less than 230℃.
2) Do not excessively bend or twist the leads
3) Store photodiodes at normal temperature and humidity.
